Buying. Just browse our site, and click on any items and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished, click on "checkout" and you will asked for your details needed to complete the order. We accept all major credit card payments. You send your credit card information via our secure Worldpay account.

Shipping and Handling. A minimum purchase of 5 Clay-Mates will incur a delivery charge of just 60p. For Clay-Mate orders of 20 or more delivery is free. All Special Products Are priced to include postage but are sent seperately from any clay-mates purchased in the same order, so the Clay-Mate postage charge will still apply.

Delivery. All stock items will be dispatched on receipt of order .Our aim is to deliver to you in 1-2 business days. If an item fails to arrive then do let us know. We ask that you wait 7 days to see if it turns up, if it does not then we will redispatch.

Credit Card Security. Using our Worldpay secure server ensures your credit card number is encrypted and therefore not viewable by anyone, even us.
