steve@clay-mates.com. We can take your order over the phone or deal with it by email (give us a contact number). So do NOT email your card details in any circumstances, it is unsafe.

Buying. Just browse our site, and click on any items and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished, click on "checkout" and you will asked for your details needed to complete the order. We accept all major credit card payments. You send your credit card information via our secure Worldpay account.

In the Clay-Mate Shop. There are 2 ways of trying to find the Clay-Mate you want.

By Name or Description . You can type ANY part of a name and if any of the Clay-Mates names contain what you typed in then it will find it! So if you type in NEY, it will find AukNEY and sidNEY. It will also look for what you are looking for in the product description, so typing BEAR will look for that word in the product description and the name. So it will find all the Bears we have!!

By Birthdate.There are 3 ways of searching for this. Type in a date DD/MM i.e. 24/09. Any Clay-Mate with a Birthday of the 24th September will be found. Type in a month as /MM./ i.e. /12/. Then it will find all Clay-Mates born in December. You do not need to enter any leading Zeros, so entering '1/9 ' will find any Clay-Mates that have a birthday on September the 1st. Equally, typing /2/ will find any clay-mates with a birthday in February.

Shipping and Handling. A minimum purchase of 5 Clay-Mates will incur a delivery charge of just 60p. For Clay-Mate orders of 20 or more delivery is free. Other items incur variable delivery charges, but these will be specified when viewing the product. In fact all of our special products, at present, are priced to include delivery. So the only time you pay the 60p charge is when you buy less than 20 Clay-Mates On-Line. As Special Products are shipped seperately from any Clay-Mates purchased in the same order, the 60p charge will still apply if you buy less than 20.

Delivery. All stock items will be dispatched on receipt of order .Our aim is to deliver to you in 1-2 business days.

Credit Card Security. Using our Worldpay secure server ensures your credit card number is encrypted and therefore not viewable by anyone, even us.
